Windows 10 Built-in microphone won't work. Randomly stops working

So I have a lenovo thinkbook I got back in August; it works perfectly fine apart from the fact the built in microphone just stops working. This has happened a few times already - always when I'm on a zoom meeting which isn't ideal when I need to present. I somehow managed to fix it two or three times but only out of sheer random luck. I keep troubleshooting the audio controllers but it won't work. It says I need to input a microphone but I don't have one, I rely on the built in microphone.

Any suggestions?
