Windows 11 C drive full after windows 11 "profile login failure"

Hi,I have an odd issue with my Windows 11 c drive. It often gets full once I restart it back to normal... I previously had profile login errors multiple times. last time restarting Windows fixed the issue for me. I did the same thing today but after successfully login to normal. my C: gone red only 14GB left. before this, I have 31GB of disk Space in the drive.
