Windows 11 c/efi/microsoft/boot/cipolicies/active/{..}.cip is corrupted and can only boot into safe mode

My acer laptop got BSOD without warning and the error code is DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATIONNow I can get the PC boot into safe mode and find out c/efi/microsoft/boot/cipolicies/active/{cdd5cb55-db68-4d71-aa38-3df2b6473a52}.cip is corrupted. This happen after I install Windows 11 on my laptopIs there anyway to fix this issue in safe mode? Because outside of safe mode the laptop will keep auto repair and cant boot into windows
