Hello,
Occasionally, I will turn on my computer and it takes a very long time for anything to work.
Check performance monitor and
C:\$Mft (NTFS Master File Table)
and
there are may processes like this one:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\mpcache-8E3A95FB68F5E74F41E93DF6160C693FF730F8FE.bin.7E 0
are making my HD access at 50% (it never goes higher than this), after about 15 minutes it subsides.
I have turned off almost all the start up apps.
Suggestions as to what is happening?
