Windows 11 C:\ - No folder yet

My daughter has purchased Among us from the Microsoft Store with her own pocket money. However when we try to install it we keep getting the same message - C:\ - No folder yet. It tells us "can't use this. Try another drive" but when we use the drop down there are no other options. I've tried looking for ways to change the drive in the settings but can't. I've seen other messages regarding this and similar problems since.Very disappointing!Please Microsoft tell me how to fix this or how to get a refund for my very disappointed daughter.Thanks.
