Windows 11 camera error - <WindowshowFailed>

I am not able to use my integrated camera in windows 11 while starting camera app, it shows <PageopenFailed> and then <WindowshowFailed> error also i am not able use my camera on other websites also like google meet, however i noticed that my camera is working fine while using zoom or microsoft Team app. I have tried to update driver, registry change nothing seems to work. What could be the problem ? All the permissions are given. Some Websites says that your camera is utilized by other app.
