Hey,
after a windows update my laptop camera doesnt work in browser and the camera app but still works in apps like zoom or skype.
The Settings for the camera do accept everything (not cortana
).
In the camera app it says that i need the Media Feature Pack for N- and KN- Version. I also downloaded this and installed, but it had no effect.
I have updated windows and the camera driver (also uninstalled and reinstalled) but it still doesn't work. I also downloaded the camera driver from the acer support page but windows did not let me install it and said the latest version is already installed. (installed version: 10.0.18362.815, downloaded: 14.18.10.486)
Its a Windows 10 Education N
Version 1909
Build Version 18363.836
The Camera is built in the laptop Acer Aspire VN7-592G.
Unfortunately I can't find any further error informations.
Hopefully you can help me. Hard times here with corona and no camera.
