Windows 11 Can anyone please help me figure out what is causing my built in defender app to block me out.

O.k. I'm starting to pull my hair out a bit. I'm not real savvy, but I can usually figure most things out. I have been at this for hours with no avail. My defender deleted a file I was working with and when I went to go allow it I received this error.At least I think it's an error since Microsoft defenders is built in. So I go look up issue and delete my malware, through out this process I have deleted every app I had that even looks like an AV (Windows 11 manager, Ashampoo Winoptimizer, Glary malware, VPN, etc.).
