Windows 11 Can anyone tell me why this folder is on my computer and why it's taking up 12 Gigabytes? I suddenly lost around 22 GB and it first started as taking

I didn't just want to delete it in case it's a necessary file but it just suddenly appeared and took up 22 GB first then 12 GB. It only shows up with the .xml in my normal C: directory but everything else is hidden. Can I safely delete it or should I keep it?
