Windows 10 Can BACKUP still work with two drives I use as RAID or "Storage Spaces"? It's only copied 2 MB of 150 GB

I'm using Windows Systems Backup function to backup from D: to an external hard drive.D is actually 2 internal hard-drives that I told Windows to turn into "Storage Spaces" - the mirror-raid function.D: is my main Onedrive folder (already fully synced) I called it by name.Is there something simple I'm just not getting with the BACKUP function?
