Windows 11 Can hear someone randomly clicking and typing, door creaking through my headphones and its not me

was on my laptop on google chrome just on youtube and started hearing random typing and clicking noises through my earphones, turned off all my tabs and it continued and i can hear someones door creaking in the background and its not mine the noise suddenly started and suddenly went away, does someone have access to my computer or hacking me? ive checked my windows security and everything is fine, really freaked out
