Windows 10 Can I access an OS HDD in a newer PC build from an old PC build?

I have a WD Blue 1TB HDD that I used in a previous build as my OS drive. It's also the only drive with data that I used in my old PC build. Almost all of the disk space was used up, and I tried to back up the data onto an external drive (it backed up but I can't find the files I'm looking for which tells me it wasn't a complete backup). After backing up the data, I disconnected the drive, and plugged it into my newer PC. However I found that I couldn't actually access the drive. It wouldn't even show up by BIOS or Windows. I can't remember what the drive was set to (Raid or AHCI). Is there a w
