Windows 11 Can I connect my H D of the computer with bitlocker issue to another laptop to get my files?

My work computer had bitlocker issue, and I can not get bitlocker No. I think that it will be formatted or at least windows recovery. So, can I get my files by connecting the hard disk to a laptop or another computer?, or it will be locked also?
