Windows 10 Can I deactivate the window that appears when I click on a textbox with a pen?

I have a Wacom Tablet with its pen, and when I click on certain types of textboxes, a small window for handwriting appears.Since I don't need it and in fact I find it quite annoying, how do I deactivate it?Clicking on settings brings me to the Pen & Windows Ink section but I can't find a way to turn it off.I just want that whenever I touch a texbox with my pen, this window NEVER appears.
