Windows 10 Can i get minecraft bedrock edition for free on windows 10 if i already have bought it with a microsoft account on a mobile device?

i have bought minecraft bedrock edition, and used a microsoft account. now i need it on windows 10 and i thought i would be able to get it for free because it is the same game and its on the same account but i cant find anything like that on the microsft store so im wondering if its even possible. if it is please tell me how, thank you.
