Windows 10 Can I get Windows 10 Pro for Workstation? I have a subscription years in Windows Insiders 10 coming to an end

I have an old Dell OptiPlex 9020. I have the 32G Ram i5 would upgrade to i7 but doubt if it would make much of a difference. I added the twin SSD's. That problem the boot configuration I have gone through so many instances of Windows think have it figured out the WIM file msr first in line cut vol or part out front recovery last its first 15 mb 16 MB got change that number. The memory core and that graphics driver they put some curse of a policy template on my devices at Intune I could not turn the memory core off my USBs all write protected I would never do that if I would password protect t
