Windows 11 can i merge my standard user account with my administrator account-windows 11 itunes

I created a standard user per advice...installed itunes,e tc. Then I installed formula 1 2022 under my Administrator profile. Now everytime I want to open itunes I have to switch users because there's nothing in my itunes app when i'm logged in as administrator. When i'm in standard user account, I can't run the formula 1 app. Is this something that can be done like an "alias"? Or could it just be user permissions?When I open itunes in my admin account there's no music in the app; but that's what makes me realize I have to login as standard user.
