Windows 10 Can I please get help from Microsoft about how to do something with the challenge phrase?

I can't log into my laptop because of the challenge phrase deal. I've reset my laptop but it's still going back to this phase thing. I've been trying to get help for over a month now. This is a new laptop and I've had no problems with it till this challenge phrase thing has popped up!
