Windows 11 Can i recover deleted pictures from my iphone that i deleted from Microsoft Photos app on my pc?

Hi, I connected my iPhone to my PC and it opened up the pictures on Windows Photos app. I deleted some of the pictures on Windows Photos and realised they also got deleted on my phone gallery too. I checked my recently deleted on my iphone, recycle bin on my pc and they're no where to be seen. Is there a way to recover them? Im not sure how they've gotten deleted and i cant recover from anywhere at all. PS my phone hasnt been backed up recently so i cant do it through icloud.Can i recover deleted pictures from my iphone that i deleted from Microsoft Photos app on my pc? Please and thank you in
