Windows 11 Can I restore a video file that was too large to be synced to OneDrive?

Hi, I had a very large video file (165GB) that I imported onto my laptop's desktop. The file was too large to be synced to my personal OneDrive, and I think I tried to move it over to my school account and thought I still had a copy of it on my personal OneDrive. I deleted the file on my school OneDrive when it was in the middle of syncing and had that processing symbol next to it. Is there any way I can get the file back? I've tried recovery software and none of them have been able to locate the file and I've tried restoring previous versions of both OneDrives but the file doesn't show up on
