Windows 10 Can I somehow stop my computer from updating to windows 11 when it's already been downloaded and pending restart?

Like months back, the windows 11 22H2 update started downloading by itself and there wasn't a real option to cancel it so I've just been pausing updates for 7 days everytime I got reminded of it. Now I'm basically stuck like this without being able to actually update my system. Anything I can do to cancel the update and not lose all files?
