Windows 10 Can I transfer windows license to a new computer through my account online or SSD?

I currently have my SSD that contains windows from my previous computer, however I dont have access to the old motherboard and other components. (I had not deactivated windows from my previous computer before I removed the SSD.) My old windows machine was activated online so I dont have the physical serial number either. I am hoping to transfer my current windows license to a new computer through either booting through the SSD or somehow using my account to reactivate or transfer my licence.Is it possible to deactivate my windows online or to plug in my old SSD to boot from?
