Windows 10 Can i upgrade/downgrade Windows 10 Build 2016 LTSB to anything else?

I have an old laptop that was given to me and I saw that it has Windows 10 Enterprise Build 2016 LTSB I found that it doesn't support some apps that I use and it doesn't have Cortana or any other programs you would find in other versions, I've done some googling and found that this version is mainly used for HVAC POS and Kiosk units, which this laptop isn't now I'm wondering if I can downgrade or upgrade to anything else without purchasing anything and if not what I can do in this OS
