Windows 11 Can I Use One Microsoft Account on my two device?

I have a laptop. And I have been given full access to everything microsoft offers from my office and when I logged into my laptop with that account it also activated my windows.. I don't know what is it called so that's why I'm describing it as much as i can.Recently, I bought a desktop and I was wondering if i can use that same Microsoft account on my desktop too. Will it be able to activate my windows on desktop too and keep my laptops window intact? Please help me clear the confusion.
