Windows 10 Can I use OneDrive offline files stored locally and Keep OneDrive "data-type" files off the System Drive?

First, I'd like to mention that I try to keep my "data" type files in a separate Drive Partition from the default C drive which contains the Windows OS and all the Apps that of course involve the Registry (I will refer here to the collection as "SYSTEM files". There are at least two benefits of keeping the PC set up this way:1) You can use IMAGE software to back up everything on the C drive so that if your hardware fails (it could be the HD or even a mother board failure) you can be up and running again without having to reinstall all your software from scratch; even if you have to buy a new
