Windows 11 Can I use Power Toys to CHANGE the function of a key, NOT REMAP to it?

I'm running Windows 11 Pro and have Power Toys. I want to CHANGE the function of a key, NOT REMAP to it. If I remap to it, the mapped key will become "orphaned" and not work. Is this possible with Power Toys or will I have to use a different app.?
