Windows 10 Can no longer access an email account in Outlook, mysteriously

I have two email accounts into my Outlook. I accidently spilled water on my computer (and since bought a new computer). When I spilled water a few keys on the keyboard don't work anymore and 1 of 2 email accounts, now don't open in Outlook.I just want access the .pst files to save and transfer to my new computer, but I cannot access that account anymore. Any thoughts, were I can find the files ?
