Windows 11 Can no longer duplicate my display. Worked fine about a month ago with the exact same setup.

I can extend but no longer duplicate. My GPU is an Asus 3090. Primary monitor is an LG C2 OLED. TV is an older Samsung. I click duplicate display in Windows like I've been doing forever. I click "keep display settings" after the prompt, but it just reverts back to extend. I've tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers with DDU in safe mode. Removed and reinstalled each display in device manager. Nothing seems to be out of the ordinary in Nvidia control panel. I know there was a big multi-monitor update for Windows 11 recently. Is it possible that is the cause?
