Windows 11 Can not find script file $phantom

Hey microsoft i downloaded something for my game and turn out it was a rat so i go to the hosts file and delete it so i can download malwarebytes and when it was done i did ccleaner first beacuse i didnt have malwarebytes first so i used it and malware bytes turned out i had 100+ detections and malwarebytes quarantined it now when i restarted my laptop my powershell opens it self on the startup menu and also a cannot find script file which i was about to tell you and it opens up like 11 times please help meJayveethanks
