Windows 11 Can not instal windows 11 to this nice machine

I have a very stable windows, no errors on OCCT test, memory diagnostics however when i try installing windows 11, it goes haywire!Latest biosAll disks detached,Latest media creation toolTried to many didfferent disksTried many usb flash drives for the usb isoout of ideas.When i first install it, it only installs upto 76% then it warns me of a restart (no errors, having it restart at 76% is bizzarre...is it normal?)then, after restart, the real installation begins, installing updates, setting up devices....BAM first blue screen - IRQL_GT_ZERP_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICERestarts but this time KERNEL_MODE
