Windows 11 Can only use my ethernet connection at 10mbps half duplex . How can i solve this issue?

Until recently I was getting high internet speeds through my ethernet cable. A few days ago it started showing the following message : Network cable unplugged .I have solved this issue by setting the speed&duplex setting to 10mbps half duplex, but i get terrible internet speeds now. Is there a way to solve this?I have already updated all of my drivers except the motherboards .
