Windows 11 Can someone help advise me as to opening a bunch of .pvm files I found in my old photo folders that I had stored on an old external hard drive?

Hello,If I may please have some help opening .pvm files, I found them on an old hard drive of saved photos/videos from back in the day. I was an....Canon Camera UserHP programs userI now have a new laptop, windows 11, I would be very grateful, if someone can help advise me, are these my old valuable photos, or they just extensions I can delete? I am afraid to do anything with them.thanks!Julie
