Windows 11 Can someone help fix my internet issues?

My windows 11 PC has had problems ever since I updated it. First it was the recovery key thing that wouldn’t work and now my internet always says “No internet, Secured” no matter what wifi I decide to connect to. My browsers have no trouble with connectivity but my Spotify, epic games, discord etc all say I’m offline. I have tried to troubleshoot but it always says that I’m connected. I’ve tried to reset everything multiple times as well. Can someone help me?
