Every time I open up my computer it pops up with this "this application requires one of the following versions on .NET Framework: v4.030319 do you want to install this .NET Framework version now?" I click yes it brings me to the newest net framework work installer from Microsoft currently the v4.8.1 I install it then i restart my pc just to get the same prompt so I went to download the v4.0 one and it says I already have it or a newer version installed. And yes I've searched up solutions and some have come up as I enter this code into power shell and it should fix it but it doesn't or I just n
