Windows 7 Can you connect an internal hard disk to another PC without removing the disk?

I have an old iMac that runs Windows 7, but while i was trying to install Windows 10, i accidentally converted the disk to 'Dynamic' mode in Disk Management, and all my partitions other than Windows 7 were converted to RAW file format. I need to recover these as they have important data on them, but all the third-party solutions I have been recommended don't support Windows 7. Any suggestions for ways I can connect my computer to my other PC (running Windows 11) to recover the data or any software that supports Windows 7 would be great.
