Windows 11 can you help me fix this?

when I open my laptop or restart it displays icons that I moved to the right side of the display show up on the left side and after a sec or 2 it again moves to the right but I don't want it this way I want it on the right can y help??? I'll be waitingicons misplace each time after restarting or turning on for a few sec like 1 or 2/3 sec want to solve it i want mine in the right side
