Windows 10 Can you help me with a Windows tablet

I'm a university student in South Africa, we were given Tablets that use windows 10 at our university so the tablets had all wifi Bluetooth touch screen it started giving me problems when the tablet crashed i Installed a new windows but now my tablet says it doesn't support touch screen when i check on the settings
