Windows 11 Can you Manually Run .NET Runtime Optimization Service?

Installed July 22H2 Windows 11 Updates today. and accidentally ended the .NET Runtime Optimization Service manually: took up CPU usage after restart.I want to know if there is a way to start the .NET Runtime Optimization Service manually (mscorsvw.exe) so that it can run properly. I was told to restart the NVIDIA Telemetry Container Service by the following article but I can't find that exact service on my machine (services.msc shown below). Do i just wait for the August updates to happen so it will run again? Run the .exe manually with run?Fix: High CPU Usage by .NET Runtime Optimization Service
