Windows 11 Can you (Microsoft) add Hyper V and Windows Sandbox features in Windows 11 Home Single Language?

I am a student, and I need this feature to learn O.S. of Ubuntu and Kali Linux(cybersecurity) for my career and college examination. And I can't buy original Windows 11 pro due financial issues. It's my humble request to Microsoft to add above features (Hyper V and Windows Sandbox) in windows 11 home single language. I do not want loss original windows 11 home single language operating system in my laptop because my laptop also uses by my family members in fact this is a common laptop in my house.Please, add the above features by windows upgrade.
