Windows 10 Can you set a limit to how many times an failed update tries to reinstall, like 3x before you realize it's wrong enough to diagnose and fix it?

One time I had +1700 failed attempts to install one impassable update, before I disabled all updates completely, stuck at 1709. I couldn't get it fixed, and needed to get real work done, not hogging my 14k throttled connection. I stayed that way for 2 years, until now. I reinstalled upto 21H1, Now here I am again, with 22H2 feature update, failing dozens of times. I tried everything, but a full upgrade. I can't go to 11, because of 32GB and a N3350 CPU. So I'm stuck with 10 22H2, at best, but I'm safe at 21H1 for now. Why don't you have ways to fix these update fails, so we don't spend weeks o
