Windows 10 Cannot access Cellular option on my Getac with Windows 10

It has a good working SIM, but cannot access the cellular network Went to Network & Internet Settings and there is not option thereThis device does have ‘sierra wireless em7455 qualcomm snapdragon x7 lte-a’But, it looks to be inactive and I see no options turn that on
