Windows 11 Cannot access the email account associated with my Windows device

I received they something happens to your PIN code notice. I log in with the correct password. It then requires me to fetch a code using that email address, but my only access to that email is on that computer. I was forced by Google to change the password recently and somehow managed to not write down the new one. The locked computer is the only device from which I have ever accessed that email and Google will not allow me to sign in without the password in any way. So Catch 22. What can I do
