Windows 11 Cannot add cards/use existing added debit cards for purchases through microsoft India

For the past few months I have not been able to make any new purchases through microsoft store/xbox store.I get an error PUR Processor Declined or PUR Transaction not allowedI have three debit cards of leading banks of India and also visited them but they have confirmed (All of them) that there are no issues on their side.I also tried adding my family members cards but cannot.If I try to add new cards i get the message 'Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card.' The cards do work on other sites and I use them regularly.I request to look into the matter as I suspect i
