Windows 11 Cannot add printer since installing Windows 11

Ever since I have installed Windows 11 on my computer I have been unable to add printers. I go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, click "Add device" and it just freezes and won't do anything until I close the settings app. I have restarted multiple times and I am even on a new update of Windows 11 since the problem started with no fix. I haven't seen anyone else with this issue from searching the internet. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?
