Windows 11 Cannot arrange items on task bar in Windows 11

Hi,I cannot move around items on my task bar in Windows 11. The items are fixed in their position and I am unable to change their position. When I try to drag them around to change their positions, nothing happens. What can I do so that I can change the order of my items on my task bar?My Windows version is 22621.1635I already did sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth . Both had no effectWhat can I do so that I am able to change the order of my items on my task bar?
