Windows 10 Cannot Boot/Reinstall Windows 10 From USB - BSOD: "Driver PNP Watchdog" OR "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area"

Hello,My computer randomly started crashing several times about a month ago. I was unable to catch the BSOD error initially. Then it stopped booting. I would receive BSODs with "Page Fault in Nonpaged Areas" or "Driver PNP Watchdog" errors before Windows would be able to load. Typically, it would get to the Windows graphic and spinning dots, and then BSOD after a few minutes. Windows "Automatic Repair" would not load.Eventually, I tried creating a bootable USB on another PC to use. I was unable to boot from the USB (same errors). I removed all peripherals, and removed all the RAM sticks
