Windows 11 Cannot click on anything on HP Victus Windows computer

Hello,I’ve tried numerous threads with similar questions to mine but none of the suggestions helped.I am not technologically advanced so I’m sorry for not knowing all the specs of my computer. I know I have an HP Victus and it runs either Windows 10 or 11. I would love to check which one it is but I can’t click on anything on my computer. Yesterday, my computer was working fine. When I went to shut it off, I saw there was an update. I clicked update and shutdown and then went to bed. When I tried to use the computer today, it doesn’t work.
