Windows 11 Cannot connect to cellular network but sim is working

Hello!I am trying to connect to cellular network through a laptop. The computer recognizes the SIM and the carrier (COSMOTE GR - after we unlock the sim) but says "No Service" (as if there was no signal). If we try to scan for the networks (settings> Network & internet> Mobile operator settings>cellular network> search for networks) we get a message "We can't scan for networks. If you're connected, disconnect, and try again". The laptop is brand new; we could never connect it to the internet via cellular and came with windows 10 that presented with the same issue.
