Windows 11 Cannot connect to my VPN after using Fortect to sweep registry. Setting changed, but what?

After using Fortect 7.1.0.6 to clean up my Windows 11 system, I am getting the following error trying to connect with my OpenVPN GUI client v2.6.12. : Fri Aug 23 16:52:38 2024 write UDP: {Data Not Accepted} The TDI client could not handle the data received during an indication. (fd=294,code=592)There must have been some registry changes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling OpenVPN GUI client, but the error persists.I don't know how to check UDP settings test for UDP problems in Windows.Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
