Windows 10 cannot contact microsoft get help tab or phone number getting error "you are not the owner of this case"

i accidentally auto logged in with an older MS account and now im totally blocked from ms support and i need to connect to them so i can have someone fix my sound because its outputting the sound very very incorrectly because of a power outage i experienced and i SERVERELY need help microsoft has COMPLETELY prevented me from getting any actual official help with this, i tried swapping my account, logging out, i tried all sound solutions recommended i tried doing the get help support on browser but nothing is working.
